a) .com Newly Registered Domains
The .com TLD remains the most popular choice for new domain registrations with 77,949 new domains registered on June 1, 2025. This represents more than half of all newly registered domains captured in the ABTdomain database.

The .top TLD has emerged as the second most popular choice with 17,760 new registrations, accounting for 11.8% of all newly registered domains recorded on June 2, 2025.

The .top TLD market shows a much more concentrated distribution, with Eranet controlling 42.2% of all new .top registrations. Together with West.cn, these two registrars account for nearly 63% of the market. With 6,556 new registrations, .org holds the third position among TLDs, representing 4.4% of all newly registered domains. These domains were registered across multiple days including May 31, June 1, and June 2, 2025.

The .xyz TLD completes the top 5 with 4,909 new registrations, accounting for 3.3% of all newly registered domains. These registrations occurred between May 31 and June 1, 2025.
